當你要學一樣好難嘅嘢，你需要三樣：一個示範過做得到嘅人（佛）、一套可靠嘅方法（法）、一班一齊練習嘅同伴（僧）。三寶就係呢個組合，係整個學習系統嘅起點。
【佛陀點講】
Yo ca buddhañca dhammañca, saṅghañca saraṇaṁ gato; Cattāri ariyasaccāni, sammappaññāya passati.
但凡皈依佛、法、僧的人，就能以正慧照見四聖諦。
But when you’ve gone for refuge to the Buddha, the teaching, and the Saṅgha, you see with right understanding the four noble truths.
