TIS-so SIK-khaa（帝索 錫卡）
【一句話】
三學：戒（sīla）、定（samādhi）、慧（paññā）——將八正道濃縮成三個循序漸進嘅訓練層次。
【生活例子】
好似砌樓：先打地基（戒——行為唔傷人，心先安）、再起結構（定——心穩定唔散）、最後裝修見人（慧——睇穿實相）。冇地基，樓越高越危險。
【佛陀點講】
Tisso imā, bhikkhave, sikkhā. Katamā tisso? Adhisīlasikkhā, adhicittasikkhā, adhipaññāsikkhā.
比丘們！有這三學，哪三個呢？增上戒學、增上心學、增上慧學。
Mendicants, there are these three trainings. What three? The training in the higher ethics, the higher mind, and the higher wisdom.
