好似睇醫生嘅四步：① confirm 有病（苦）② 搵到病因（集）③ 確認醫得好（滅）④ 開出療程（道）。四聖諦就係呢個結構，缺一唔可。少咗任何一步，診斷都唔完整。
【佛陀點講】
Idaṁ dukkhaṁ ariyasaccaṁ … dukkhasamudayaṁ … dukkhanirodhaṁ … dukkhanirodhagāminī paṭipadā ariyasaccaṁ.
這是苦聖諦……這是苦集聖諦……這是苦滅聖諦……這是導向苦滅之道跡的聖諦。
This is the noble truth of suffering … of the origin of suffering … of the cessation of suffering … of the practice that leads to the cessation of suffering.
