涅槃：貪瞋癡徹底熄滅、苦嘅究竟止息——唔係虛無，而係不生不滅嘅寂靜與自在。
【生活例子】
「Nibbāna」字面係「吹熄」——把一直燒住你嘅貪瞋癡三團火吹熄。火熄咗唔係「乜都冇」，而係嗰種焗促消失後嘅徹底清涼、鬆脫、安穩。
【佛陀點講】
Atthi, bhikkhave, ajātaṁ abhūtaṁ akataṁ asaṅkhataṁ.
「比丘們，有不生、不有、不作、無為者。」
