呼吸係一個永遠帶喺身、免費、隨時 available 嘅定心對象。唔使特別環境,一坐低知道自己吸氣、呼氣,就已經開始咗——最簡樸又最深嘅一條入路。
【佛陀點講】

Idha, bhikkhave, bhikkhu araññagato vā rukkhamūlagato vā suññāgāragato vā nisīdati pallaṅkaṁ ābhujitvā ujuṁ kāyaṁ paṇidhāya parimukhaṁ satiṁ upaṭṭhapetvā. So satova assasati, satova passasati.

「比丘們,在此,比丘去到林野、樹下或空屋,盤腿而坐,端正身體,把念安住於面前。他只是具念地吸氣,具念地呼氣。」

It’s when a mendicant has gone to a wilderness, or to the root of a tree, or to an empty hut. They sit down cross-legged, set their body straight, and establish mindfulness in front of them. Just mindful, they breathe in. Mindful, they breathe out.
